Posisi : Net Support

Responsibilty:

• Support of software maintenance services for company system
• Response to issues, inquiries, and change requests quickly within SLA
• Escalate issue tickets requiring immediate attention by 2nd layer
• Track and manage all issued tickets in ticketing system
• Identify and define new requirement of modification/change request
• Ready to on-site visit support to customer's site, or go overseas if required

Requirements:

• 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have .Net Web services project with database relational will be an advantage
• Required Skill(s): ASP.net, C#, VB.Net, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, JIRA
